Community Health Charities of Florida - October 2011

Watch Now! Webinar: Feeling Stressed Out? Stay Mentally Healthy

Topic Overview:

Most people have felt “stressed out” at one time or another. Chronic stress can take a toll on a person’s career, on their quality of life and even physically, making one susceptible to a host of illnesses. More than 90 percent of employees agree that their mental health and personal problems spill over into their professional lives, and have a direct impact on their job performance. Mental health conditions are actually the second leading cause of absenteeism. Three out of four employees who seek care for workplace issues or mental health problems see substantial improvement in work performance and quality of life after treatment.  On October 5 Community Health Charities partnered with member charity Mental Health America of Illinois to provide an informative webinar that explores how to take care of your mental health and what tools can be used in your everyday life to improve your overall health and wellness.

Please watch this webinar to learn how to stay mentally healthy.
