On August 15 at 1:00 PM (EDT), Community Health Charities
will partner with the Mental Health Association of Maryland to present a nationwide
webinar on
“Talking to Your Kids About
Peer Pressure and Bullying.”

Bullying matters. We’ve seen it in the news and research
supports the stories: bullying can have a long-term impact on the mental health
of a child. Low self-esteem, increased anxiety, higher incidence of depression
and even suicide have all been linked to bullying. Please join this webinar to
learn more about this important topic, including:
·
What parents should look for
·
How to talk to your kids about bullying
·
What to
do if your child is the bully
·
How to increase your child’s resiliency
·
How to address mental health problems and
suicide
